Acid Reflux?
Wed Oct 14, 2009 5:29:56 pm
I'm not sure if it really happened because I was asleep. I had a dream about vomiting and I awoke with the scent of vomit in my breath, but my throat did not burn and I never had acid reflux before. I had strange sensations in my stomach like half attempts at burping. I think this may have been caused by eating undercooked millet for breakfast. I had cooked it for 30 minutes as I usually do, but the granules remained intact instead of fused together as usually happens when they are fully cooked. I probably needed more heat to compensate for the unusually low indoor temperature. I gave it an extra 5 minutes of high heat, but that was not enough. I didn't cook it more because I was already behind schedule and knew that I would be late for work.

Very rarely I will suffer from acid reflux but it's usually when I'm really really stressed out about something.
