My window is vibrating. I have no idea why. I cannot see anything attached to it that would vibrate. The air conditioner has already been uninstalled. It's probably a vibration that is going through the wall, but I can't feel or hear it anywhere else. The most annoying part is the rattling sound.

I only use it when the temperature is above 99F, which happens around once a year.

The government is bombarding your window with sonic waves in an attempt to.. map.. your apartment? I don't know. I once read an issue of Batman where he shot a laser light at someones window from across town so he could listen to their conversation. So.. if it is Batman then you're pretty much fucked.

I saw the laser technique on television before. I don't recall what I was watching.They should just pick the lock when I'm at work.
