It's too low for a dinner, but not for a breakfast. I take supplements and drink a protein/green mix with it.

It was damaged while swinging it in the air. No collision with anything was involved. The damaged part is the fabric that wraps around the hilt. It's very thick cotton, but the centripetal force of the swing ripped it.
