Could be thrombosis
Wed Jul 21, 2010 5:07:49 am

The vein in the heel of my left palm is visibly elevated about an eighth of an inch and I feel a tickling sensation as the blood moves through it. It has been this way for the past three hours. Shaking my arm for several minutes has not caused any change in the condition. I don't feel any pain at the moment, but I am still somewhat concerned about this.

My mother had a much more severe version of this when she was pregnant. It happened in her leg and caused excruciating pain. I often wonder if this is somehow related to how messed up I am. My grandmother experienced this condition very often, at least once a week. She called it "twisting veins". It was always painful when it happened to her. She remained as still as possible until it passed, because she believed that sudden movement while it was happening could cause the vein to rip open. I have not found any Western medical condition with symptoms like this, and I'm wondering if it's a genetic disorder.

Why did you do that? Was it revenge?
I had nothing better to do?

I was an evil child. Now I cry when I kill a bug.

I learned my lesson.

I could get away with murder, but I didn't have the heart to. Not that she died. But ya know.

Um...I don't remember if I punched the boy before or after that......that was in self-defense though.

Last major evil act, yeah.

This caused sufficient guilt to prevent further evil acts for the rest of your life?

I thought you would have started at a much earlier age.

I didn't have a choice but I wouldn't use the word "force."

Were they waiting for you to be old enough to understand what was being discussed in church? My grandmother took me to church a few times, but I was always too young to understand when she did. She never took me to church after I was 5. She did the same with my sister.

I thought your father was a minister, preacher, or something like that. He wasn't doing that when you were younger?

My father was a translator for the church before becoming a chef. He continued reading the Bible often when I was young, but he never talked about it and eventually switched to reading the dictionary every day.

it's an interesting read, even viewed as literature.
