So many websites in the name of home based internet money,paidtoclick,paidtosignup,paidtosurveys etc., But all seem to be fake and scams.Somemay ask you a one time package fee of few dollars. Why these scams exist?

Many people believe in the scams. The scammers can get a lot of money, and there is very little risk involved for them.

It is a government conspiracy to fool the populace into complacently believing the lies fed them by the aristocratic elite whose spidery fingers control all aspects of society. Viva la revolucion.
Or, like every scam, it's to make money with little effort.... Is this a real question? Are you being philosophical in the stupidest ways you can think of? WHO WAS PHONE?
