Is it in your personality to ignore messages after a few? I do that especially when the mail intake in general is too much. It's a pretty bad characteristic but I'm no longer obligated..thus no longer harassed in a sense.

I seriously should just state it how it is..just how you said it Erdos. They do get boring really quickly..that's my first thought. But I tend to repress that thought..again because of the programmed internalized moral conscience I have going for me.

You could reevaluate the morality of this. Maintaining contact with someone who is not interesting wastes the other person's time and energy, and leads to false hope, which eventually creates more suffering when you finally end communication. You do more harm to the other person by sustaining communication.no image

I don't get bored too easily, I think this stems from me being a generally unexciting person.
