I have been experimenting with Firefox Personas recently. It's a system for skinning Firefox. This differs from creating Firefox themes in the following ways.
1) Personas can be created much faster than themes
2) Personas only affect the background of the top and bottom of the window. They do not change the menus or buttons.
3) Personas are much easier to test. A mouseover on the personas gallery will temporarily change the Firefox skin to give a preview of how it will look when "wearing" the persona.
I have only created two so far. My personas can be found at: http://personas.services.mozilla.com/gallery/Designer/udosero. Menu items are hard to read on the BSRocks persona. That one was really a test. All future ones will be tested for usability.

Ohhh that would make a cool background for some other website stuff I got. Must probe your brain further.

I haven't used a persona since the latest Firefox update. I used to use the Gradient iCool theme + the bluetube persona, but now it won't let me use a theme and a persona at the same time. Now I'm only using the Gradient iCool theme.
