did you look for apartments that were to be shared with people you did not yet know?

You only go to school three times a week? How many hours per session?

That would be awesome but anywhere with a warmer climate might help!

re: comment#7
mostly incompatibilities with the people already living there. one place had electrical problems and blacked out twice in the 15 minutes i was there. one house was really nice, but the owner chose someone else. some were a bit out-of-the-way, and a few had an inadequate layout (no door on the bedroom, for one).
I never had such issues when looking for an apartment.

I don't mind putting medicine in my system--that is the difference between you and I. I just hold off as long as possible, and try extra vitamins, rest, etc. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. Then I go for the stronger stuff.
There is more to it than taking vitamins and they have to be the right ones for the specific condition.

I don't do it as a drug...I don't even like taking it medicinally for that reason. :/ I hate the way it makes me feel, so it stops me from taking anything harder than that. I have never even taken something like vicadine.
I don't take cough medicine at all. I prefer to enhance my immune system instead of suppressing the cough.
